Kids, Juniors & Teens
Krav Maga

Confidence, focus and real-life self-defence skills for young people, taught in a safe, structured and supportive environment.

At Iron Skull Gym, our youth Krav Maga programmes are designed to support children and teenagers at every stage of development.

From young children learning to listen and follow structure, to teens building confidence, fitness and real-world self-defence skills, our classes are age-appropriate, well coached and focused on long-term development.

This page gives an overview of our youth programmes.
Each age group trains separately to make sure learning is always appropriate, safe and effective.

How our youth programmes work

We don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach.

Children and teens learn differently at different ages, so our programmes are split into clear age groups with their own structure, goals and coaching style.

  • Confidence and self-belief
  • Focus and discipline
  • Personal safety and awareness
  • Respect and responsibility
  • A positive, supportive training environment

Training is structured, progressive and designed to help young people feel capable, not pressured.

Why parents choose Iron Skull Gym

There are plenty of gyms and martial arts schools out there.

Most people come to us because they want something different.

Each age group trains separately with a clear class structure designed for their stage of development. This helps children stay focused, safe and confident in class.

Our coaches work with children and teens regularly and understand how to support different personalities. They’re firm when needed, calm at all times, and easy to talk to.

Clear rules are in place to keep training safe and respectful. Coaches step in early to guide behaviour so classes stay positive and controlled.

Children work towards achievable goals through consistent training. Progress is measured over time, without pressure or rushing.

Parents often tell us their child looks forward to training. Feeling comfortable, supported and proud of their progress makes a big difference.

Classes help children develop confidence, focus and resilience that carry over into school and everyday situations.
