Kettlebell Training

Simple, effective strength and conditioning that actually works

Our Kettlebell classes are designed for people who want to get stronger, fitter and more capable without complicated workouts or random exercises.

Training is structured, coached and focused on doing a small number of movements properly. You don’t need to be fit to start and you don’t need any previous experience. We build strength and conditioning gradually, with an emphasis on good technique and steady progress.

This isn’t about chasing exhaustion.
It’s about building strength that carries over into everyday life.

Is kettlebell training right for you?

Kettlebells are a great option if you:

  • Want to get stronger without complicated routines
  • Prefer structured, coached sessions
  • Are new to strength training
  • Want better conditioning and resilience
  • Like clear goals and measurable progress

You don’t need to lift heavy weights to begin.
We start where you are and build from there.

What you’ll train

Kettlebell training focuses on a small number of fundamental movements that deliver a lot of benefit.

You’ll work on:

  • Strength and power
  • Conditioning and work capacity
  • Core stability and posture
  • Grip strength
  • Coordination and control

Sessions are designed to improve overall physical ability, not just fitness for the gym.

How classes are structured

Kettlebell classes follow a clear and repeatable structure.

A typical session includes:

  • Warm-up and mobility
  • Technique work and skill practice
  • Strength or conditioning sets
  • Rest and coaching feedback
  • Cool down

This approach helps you train safely, consistently and with purpose.

Coaching and technique first

Good kettlebell training depends on good coaching.

  • Movements are taught step by step
  • Technique is prioritised over weight
  • Progressions are introduced gradually
  • Coaches give individual feedback
  • Safety is always a priority

This makes kettlebells suitable for beginners as well as more experienced trainees.
