How to Find Iron Skull Gym

Clear directions and what to expect when you arrive.

Finding a new gym for the first time can feel more stressful than it should. This page is here to make your first visit simple, whether you are coming for a class, a trial or just to have a look around.

Our location

Whether you’re driving or using public transport, Iron Skull Gym is easily accessible and conveniently located near some of Glasgow’s key landmarks. We look forward to seeing you!

  • Eastbound (from Edinburgh or Glasgow Airport):

    • Take the exit at Junction 19 towards Anderston/Charing Cross.
    • Follow the signs for Anderston.
    • At the traffic lights, take a left onto North Street.
    • Continue straight until you reach Argyle Street.
    • Turn left onto Argyle Street, and then shortly after, turn right onto Stobcross Road.
    • You will find Iron Skull Gym on your left-hand side.
  • Westbound (from City Centre or the East End):

    • Exit at Junction 18 towards Anderston/Charing Cross.
    • Merge onto Bothwell Street.
    • Continue straight onto Argyle Street.
    • Turn left onto Stobcross Road.
    • Iron Skull Gym will be on your left.
  • There are limited off street parking spaces available directly outside the gym. Paid between 8pm and 6pm. After 6pm is FREE.
  • Alternatively, you can find street parking nearby or use the multi-storey car parks within a short walking.
  • If needed, there are also multi-storey car parks within a short walking distance. distance.
  • Walking Route:

    • Exit Glasgow Central Station onto Gordon Street.
    • Walk west along Gordon Street, continuing as it becomes Argyle Street.
    • Follow Argyle Street for approximately 15 minutes.
    • Turn right onto Stobcross Road, and the gym will be on your left.

    Note: This is around a 20-minute walk.

  • By Taxi:

    • Taxis are readily available outside the station.
    • Ask the driver to take you to Iron Skull Gym, Stobcross Road. The journey should take about 5 minutes, depending on traffic.
  • By Bus:

    • Take any bus heading towards the Finnieston area and get off at a stop near Argyle Street/Stobcross Road.
    • Walk to Stobcross Road, where you’ll find the gym.
  • Walking Route:

    • Exit Anderston Station and head west on North Street.
    • Continue straight and then take a left onto Argyle Street.
    • Walk for about 5 minutes, then turn right onto Stobcross Road.
    • Iron Skull Gym will be on your left.

    Note: This is approximately a 10-minute walk.

  • By Taxi:

    • Taxis are available at the station.
    • The ride to the gym will be quick, taking about 2-3 minutes.
