Adults training

Do you offer free trials for adults?

No. Adults start with a paid adult intro. This allows you to train properly in real classes and decide if the gym is the right fit.

The adult intro gives you access to classes so you can experience the coaching, structure and atmosphere before committing to membership.

Adults can train Krav Maga, Muay Thai, kettlebells and MMA, depending on the timetable.

Some classes include controlled sparring or pressure drills. This is always supervised and appropriate to the class and level.

Safety is taken seriously. Classes are supervised, progress is controlled and behaviour standards are enforced.

We run programmes for:

  • Little Defenders ages 4 to 7

Membership and practical questions

What is Fight Club at Iron Skull Gym?

Fight Club is a controlled sparring session for members, focused on learning, timing and applying skills under pressure in a safe and supervised environment.

No. Fight Club is completely optional. Members choose if and when they want to take part.

No. Contact is controlled and adjusted based on experience, size and comfort level. Safety and respect always come first.

You should have some training experience before joining Fight Club. If you are unsure, speak to a coach first and we will guide you.

Fight Club focuses mainly on striking and sparring skills, but it is part of the wider training approach at Iron Skull Gym rather than a single discipline.

Fight Club runs on the last Friday of every month, in place of the regular Muay Thai class on that day.

No. You can attend, observe, drill lightly or step out at any time. No one is pressured to spar.

Yes. Sessions are supervised by coaches, pairings are managed carefully and rounds are controlled. Any behaviour that goes against gym values is addressed immediately.

Because a sense of humour is healthy.
And because learning to apply skills matters more than pretending sparring does not exist.

Fight Club is not aimed at complete beginners. Coaches will advise when someone is ready based on training experience and comfort level.

That is normal. Speak to a coach beforehand. Even asking the question is part of learning.
