What Hell Wednesdays is

Hell Wednesdays is our weekly hard kettlebells session, programmed to push limits and test both body and mindset.

Every Wednesday we run a tough workout inspired by the idea behind classic HERO workouts. It is demanding, focused and deliberately uncomfortable. This is not a technique heavy class. It is about effort, resilience and showing up when things get hard.

You come in knowing it will be tough. You leave knowing you gave everything you had that day.

How the class works

Hell Wednesdays is different from our regular kettlebells sessions.

  • The workout is:
  • Pre programmed
  • High intensity
  • Physically demanding
  • Focused on work, not long technical breakdowns

Because of the nature of the session, we do not spend much time teaching complex technique on the day. If someone new joins the class, we scale the exercises, not the standards. The goal is always to keep people moving safely, not to overload them with detail.

Who it is for

Hell Wednesdays is for members who:

  • Want to push themselves
  • Enjoy tough sessions
  • Like shared suffering and high energy
  • Are comfortable training hard

It is challenging, but it is not reckless. Everything can be scaled and no one is expected to keep up with anyone else.

The atmosphere

Wednesdays at Iron Skull Gym are different.

The room is loud.
Energy is high.
Everyone is working.

People encourage each other, laugh through the pain and finish together. It is one of the most popular sessions of the week for a reason.
