Floods in Southern Poland have caused immense damage, and communities there need urgent support. We are organising a 3-hour Protect & Defend Charity Workshop to raise funds for the relief effort. Every penny from this workshop will be donated to help flood victims.

Our ‘Protect & Defend’ workshop is designed to help you apply the basic principles of Krav Maga that you already know to real-life situations where you might need to defend someone else.

This 3-hour session, led by Peter Krav Maga Expert and Close Protection Instructor at Iron Skull Gym, will focus on using your existing Krav Maga knowledge to protect others. You’ll learn how to stay aware of your surroundings, position yourself effectively, and apply simple but powerful techniques to keep your loved ones safe.
