We are bringing Matt back to Iron Skull Gym for Volume 2 on 13 June.
This hands on seminar is focused on practical ground survival skills for real situations. The aim is not sport grappling or complex techniques. The focus is on staying safe, protecting yourself, creating space, getting back to your feet and dealing with pressure when you end up on the ground.
You can expect clear coaching, realistic drills and practical concepts you can use straight away in your own training or classes.
Matt has over 35 years of martial arts experience and is known for breaking down complex ideas into simple, usable training methods. This session will give you a structured approach to ground survival, movement, control, escapes and decision making under pressure.
The seminar is open to everyone, not just Iron Skull Gym members.
