Muay Thai

Learn real technique, get fit and train without intimidation

Our Muay Thai classes are open to anyone aged 14 and over who wants to learn proper striking technique while improving fitness, coordination and confidence.

Training is structured, technical and beginner-friendly. You don’t need experience and you don’t need to be in great shape to start. We focus on learning the basics properly, building skill over time and creating an environment where people feel comfortable training consistently.

This isn’t about being a fighter.
It’s about learning a skill and getting fitter along the way.

What you’ll learn

Muay Thai training focuses on solid fundamentals and controlled practice.

You’ll work on:

  • Striking technique using hands, elbows, knees and kicks
  • Balance, posture and movement
  • Pad work and controlled drills
  • Fitness and conditioning
  • Timing and coordination

Skills are built progressively, with clear explanations and plenty of repetition.

How classes are structured

Consistency and structure are key to learning striking well.

A typical Muay Thai class includes:

  • Warm-up and mobility
  • Technical instruction
  • Pad work and drills
  • Conditioning
  • Cool down

Classes are coached closely so you understand what you’re doing and how to improve.

Training environment and safety

We take pride in keeping Muay Thai training welcoming and well controlled.

  • Beginners are supported from day one
  • Contact is controlled and appropriate
  • No pressure to spar
  • Clear rules around safety and respect
  • Coaches focus on technique, not ego

You’ll be challenged, but you’ll never be made to feel out of place.

Progress and development

Muay Thai progress comes from consistency and good coaching.

There’s no rush and no pressure to compete.
Some people train purely for fitness and skill, others enjoy developing their technique over time.

We help you:

  • Improve steadily
  • Train safely
  • Enjoy the process
