Your 2-Week Adult Intro is confirmed

Thanks for signing up. Your place is secured and you are ready to start training at Iron Skull Gym.

Before your first session, there are just a few important next steps to complete.

Step 1: Complete the PARQ form

For safety reasons, everyone must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire before training.

Please complete the form as soon as possible using the link below:

If we do not have a completed PARQ, you will not be able to train.

Step 2: Access the booking app

All classes at Iron Skull Gym are booked through our web based booking app. There is nothing to download.

Use the booking app to:

  • Book and manage your classes
  • Check class availability
  • View timetable updates

You can access it from your phone or computer at any time.
For quicker access, you can add the booking app to your home screen just like a normal app.

Step 3: Join the members WhatsApp group

Our members WhatsApp group is where we share:

  • Timetable updates
  • Event announcements
  • Important gym information

It is also the easiest way to stay connected with the gym community.

What to bring to your first class
  • Comfortable sports clothing
  • Water
  • An open mind

You do not need any special equipment to start.

Arriving for your first session

Try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your first class so we can welcome you, show you around and answer any questions.

If you are unsure which class to book first, that is completely normal.
